How it works

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Golgari Thug, adding CC.
  2. Golgari Thug dies, triggering itself and Liliana.
  3. Resolve the Golgari Thug trigger, putting itself on top of your library from your graveyard.
  4. Resolve the Liliana trigger, causing you to draw Golgari Thug from the top of your library.
  5. Activate Initiates of the Ebon Hand by paying 1, adding B mana.
  6. Cast Golgari Thug by paying 1B mana.
  7. Repeat.
