How it works

1. Cast Shifting Wall by paying 0.
2. Shifting Wall enters and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness, triggering Mortuary and Liliana, Dreadhorde General.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Shifting Wall from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Resolve the Liliana, Dreadhorde General trigger, causing you to draw a card, thus drawing Shifting Wall from your library.
5. Repeat.

By casting Shifting Wall for zero mana, you immediately send it straight to the graveyard where its zero toughness leaves it, triggering a brilliant feedback loop. Mortuary quietly intercepts the creature as it hits the graveyard, neatly tucking it back onto the top of your library just in time for Liliana, Dreadhorde General's passive ability to reward you with a card draw for your trouble.
