How it works

1. Activate Snake Basket by paying 4 and sacrificing it.
2. Ashnod triggers, copying Snake Basket's ability.
3. Resolve both Snake Basket abilities, creating eight 1/1 Snake creature tokens.
4. Activate Salvager of Ruin by sacrificing it, targeting Snake Basket.
5. Ashnod triggers, copying Salvager of Ruin's ability, targeting Salvager of Ruin.
6. Resolve both Salvager of Ruin abilities, returning Salvager of Ruin and Snake Basket from your graveyard to your hand.
7. Activate Ashnod's Altar six times by sacrificing six Snakes, adding twelve C.
8. Cast Salvager of Ruin by paying 3.
9. Cast Snake Basket by paying 4.
10. Repeat.
