How it works

1. Activate Nomads en-Kor's first ability by paying 0, targeting Daru Spiritualist.
2. Daru Spiritualist triggers, causing itself to get +0/+2 until end of turn.
3. Resolve the Nomads en-Kor ability, causing the next one damage dealt to Nomads en-Kor this turn to be dealt to Daru Spiritualist instead.
4. Repeat an arbitrarily large number of times.
5. Activate Miren's second ability by paying 3, tapping it and sacrificing Daru Spiritualist, causing you to gain life equal to Daru Spiritualist's toughness.

This elegant little synergy turns a free-targeting loop into an astronomical life total by exploiting a classic type-matching trick. Because Nomads en-Kor features a zero-cost ability that can repeatedly target your own creatures, and Daru Spiritualist happens to be a Cleric whose toughness skyrockets every time it becomes targeted, you can pump Daru Spiritualist's toughness to an arbitrarily high number for free. Once its toughness is safely in the stratosphere, you simply sacrifice it to Miren, the Moaning Well to cash in that inflated toughness for a massive, game-winning chunk of life.
