How it works

1. Activate up to seven mana-producing lands by tapping them, adding at least 5.
2. Activate Livio's first ability twice by paying 2, exiling Great Whale and Deceiver Exarch with aegis counters on them.
3. Activate Livio's second ability by paying 2 and tapping it, returning Great Whale and Deceiver Exarch from exile to the battlefield.
4. Deceiver Exarch and Great Whale enter the battlefield, triggering their abilities.
5. Resolve the Great Whale trigger, untapping up to seven lands you control.
6. Resolve the Deceiver Exarch trigger, untapping Livio.
7. Repeat.
