How it works

1. Activate up to seven mana-producing lands by tapping them, adding at least 5.
2. Activate Livio's first ability twice by paying 2, exiling Palinchron and Deceiver Exarch with aegis counters on them.
3. Activate Livio's second ability by paying 2 and tapping it, returning Palinchron and Deceiver Exarch from exile to the battlefield.
4. Deceiver Exarch and Palinchron enter the battlefield, triggering their abilities.
5. Resolve the Palinchron trigger, untapping up to seven lands you control.
6. Resolve the Deceiver Exarch trigger, untapping Livio.
7. Repeat.
