How it works

1. Activate Meteorite by tapping it, adding .
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying , targeting Meteorite and Scrivener, blinking them.
3. When Scrivener enters the battlefield, return Ghostly Flicker to you hand.
4. When Meteorite enters the battlefield, deal 2 damage to any target.
5. Repeat.

This loop is wonderfully orchestrated by Mizzix of the Izmagnus, whose passive ability steadily reduces the cost of your spells as she racks up experience counters, eventually letting you cast Ghostly Flicker for a mere single blue mana. Once that cost is minimized, Ghostly Flicker targets both Scrivener and Meteorite, blinking them back onto the battlefield. The recursive engine then feeds itself seamlessly: Scrivener's entrance trigger plucks Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard, while Meteorite provides both the initial mana to cast the flicker spell and a steady stream of damage every single time it re-enters.
