How it works

1. Cast Omarthis by paying 2.
2. Glaring Fleshraker's first ability triggers, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token.
3. When the Eldrazi Spawn enters, Glaring Fleshraker's second ability triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent.
4. Resolve Omarthis, causing it to enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
5. Glaring Fleshraker's second ability triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent.
6. Activate the Eldrazi Spawn by sacrificing it, adding C.
7. Activate Together Forever by paying 1, targeting Omarthis.
8. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Omarthis, adding CC.
9. When Omarthis dies, Together Forever triggers, returning Omarthis from your graveyard to your hand.
10. Repeat.

This intricate loop hinges on continuously recasting Omarthis, Ghostfire Initiate while profiting in mana and damage through a carefully laid workshop of artifacts and enchantments. Each time you cast Omarthis, Glaring Fleshraker notices the colorless spell to spawn an Eldrazi Spawn token, then deals damage to your opponents when both the token and Omarthis enter the battlefield. Ashnod's Altar provides the sacrifice outlet to turn Omarthis and its tokens into raw colorless mana, which then fuels Together Forever's activation to bounce Omarthis straight back to your hand for another iteration. Meanwhile, Together Forever's initial entry-triggered support can prime your board, allowing you to cycle Omarthis indefinitely to manifest your entire library, drain your opponents' life totals, and bury them under an endless tide of triggers.
