How it works

  1. Cast Omarthis by paying 1, causing it to enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  2. Activate Together Forever by paying 1, targeting Omarthis.
  3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Omarthis, adding CC.
  4. When Omarthis dies, it and Together Forever trigger.
  5. Resolve the Omarthis trigger, manifesting the top card of your library.
  6. Resolve the Together Forever trigger, returning Omarthis from your graveyard to your hand.
  7. Repeat.
