How it works

  1. Cast Omarthis by paying 2.
  2. The Vision and Scarlet Witch triggers, adding R mana and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  3. Resolve Omarthis, causing it to enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  4. Activate Together Forever by paying 1, targeting Omarthis.
  5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Omarthis, adding CC.
  6. When Omarthis dies, Together Forever triggers, returning Omarthis from your graveyard to your hand.
  7. Repeat.
