How it works

1. Cast Switcheroo by paying 4, exchanging control of Vilis and another creature with an opponent.
2. During that opponent's draw step, they draw a card.
3. Nekusar triggers, dealing 1 damage to the opponent.
4. Vilis triggers, causing the opponent to draw a card.
5. Repeat from step 3 until the opponent loses the game either due to drawing from an empty library, or from having 0 life.

To ignite this lethal chain reaction, you must first use Switcheroo to hand Vilis, Broker of Blood over to your opponent, permanently binding their fate to your side of the board. Once Vilis resides under their control, Nekusar, the Mindrazer triggers at the beginning of their draw step to deal 1 damage, which Vilis translates into lost life and a fresh card drawn. That newly drawn card instantly loops back into Nekusar's damage trigger, creating an unstoppable, self-sustaining avalanche of life loss and card draw that will swiftly deck or drain your victim out of the game.
