How it works

1. On each opponent upkeep activate Isochron Scepter to cast Orim's Chant targeting the player who's turn it is, preventing them from casting spells that turn.
2. Seedborn Muse untaps both Isochron Scepter and the mana required to activate it each turn.
3. Teferi, Time Raveler prevents your opponent from playing spells at instant speed before you are able to cast Orim's Chant or in response to Orim's Chant.
4. You may also pay the kicker cost to prevent them from attacking.

This elegant lock completely shuts down your opponents on every single turn by combining the repeatable casting power of Isochron Scepter with the brutal restriction of a kicked Orim's Chant. Because Seedborn Muse untaps your permanents during each other player's untap step, you will always have the mana and the Scepter ready to repeat the process around the entire table.
