How it works

1. Cast Walking Ballista by paying 1, causing it to enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
2. Activate Together Forever by paying 1, targeting Walking Ballista.
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Walking Ballista, adding CC.
4. When Walking Ballista dies, Together Forever triggers, returning Walking Ballista from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms a humble construct into a self-sustaining engine by manipulating its mana value and recursion. With Etherium Sculptor reducing the cost of artifact spells, you can cast Walking Ballista for just one mana, letting it enter the battlefield with a single +1/+1 counter. You then use Ashnod's Altar to sacrifice the Ballista for two colorless mana, which more than refunds the casting cost while simultaneously triggering Together Forever to return the Walking Ballista straight back to your hand. By paying into Together Forever's activation fee, you create a seamless loop that generates infinite sacrifices, deaths, and storm count without ever running out of resources.
