How it works

1. Animate Astral Cornucopia using Rise and Shine.
2. Activate Astral Cornucopia by tapping it, adding at least three mana of any color
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Astral Cornucopia.
4. Repeat from step 2.

By using Rise and Shine's overload effect, you transform Astral Cornucopia from a humble mana rock into a 0/0 artifact creature reinforced with four +1/+1 counters, allowing it to tap for four mana of any color while easily paying for its own activation costs. This surplus of mana fuels Voltaic Construct's ability, which untaps the newly animated Astral Cornucopia for just two generic mana and leaves you with a net gain of two mana each cycle. Because Voltaic Construct is itself an artifact creature, this dazzling mechanical loop generates infinite colored mana to fuel the rest of your strategy.
