How it works

1. Animate Astral Cornucopia using Workshop Elders.
2. Activate Astral Cornucopia by tapping it, adding at least three mana of any color
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Astral Cornucopia.
4. Repeat from step 2.

To pull off this infinite mana loop, Workshop Elders does the vital setup work by turning your Astral Cornucopia into a 0/0 artifact creature with four +1/+1 counters, transforming it from a static mana rock into a valid target for Voltaic Construct. Once animated, tapping the Astral Cornucopia yields enough mana to easily cover the {2} activation cost of Voltaic Construct while leaving a profit of colored mana leftover. You then use that untap ability to ready the Astral Cornucopia for another tap, repeating the process as many times as you desire.
