How it works

1. Cause Vhal to become an artifact using Memnarch.
2. Activate Vhal by tapping it, adding at least CCC.
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Vhal.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This elegant loop begins by having Memnarch turn Vhal, Candlekeep Researcher into an artifact, seamlessly bridging our mana engine and our untapper. Once Vhal is an artifact, tapping her produces a massive surge of colorless mana thanks to her impressive toughness, while Vigilance allows her to tap without actually resting. We then channel a portion of that bounty into Voltaic Construct to untap Vhal, fueling an infinite loop that leaves us with boundless colorless mana to dominate the battlefield.
