How it works

1. Cause Bloom Tender to become an artifact using Memnarch.
2. Activate Bloom Tender by tapping it, adding at least 3.
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Bloom Tender.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This ingenious engine transforms a humble mana dork into an unstoppable financial and magical powerhouse. By using Memnarch's first ability, you permanently turn Bloom Tender into an artifact, seamlessly bridging the gap between colors and mechanical contrivances. Once it's an artifact creature, you can tap Bloom Tender to generate a surge of colored mana, then use that exact mana to fund Voltaic Construct's untap ability. Because Voltaic Construct specifically targets artifact creatures, it can constantly ready Bloom Tender for another activation, netting you infinite mana and untaps of any other artifact creatures you happen to control.
