How it works

1. Cause Bighorner Rancher to become an artifact using Memnarch.
2. Activate Bighorner Rancher by tapping it, adding at least 4.
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Bighorner Rancher.
4. Repeat from step 2.

Once the Rancher is sufficiently pumped to generate more than the two mana required to untap it—a threshold easily cleared by its own green mana production—you can repeatedly tap and untap it to generate infinite green mana, while also leaving any other artifact creatures you control perpetually refreshed.
