How it works

1. Animate Sceptre of Eternal Glory using Toymaker.
2. Activate Sceptre of Eternal Glory by tapping it, adding three mana of any color
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Sceptre of Eternal Glory.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop turns a modest manalith into a mana-printing powerhouse by bending the rules of what counts as a creature. First, Toymaker steps in to animate Sceptre of Eternal Glory, turning it into an artifact creature so it becomes a legal target for further shenanigans. Once transformed, Sceptre of Eternal Glory taps to yield a massive burst of three mana—more than enough to fuel the rest of the engine. Finally, Voltaic Construct uses a portion of that newly generated mana to untap the Sceptre, leaving you with surplus mana and a refreshed artifact ready to repeat the cycle infinitely.
