How it works

1. Activate The Notary Hobbits by tapping it, adding at least CCC
2. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping The Notary Hobbits.
3. Repeat

This engine transforms a modest assembly of permanents into an endless reservoir of mana by turning the rules of the board on their head. Mycosynth Lattice does the heavy lifting behind the scenes, painting every permanent—including The Notary Hobbits—as an artifact in addition to its other types. This blankets the Hobbits under the targeting condition of Voltaic Construct, allowing its ability to untap them. Once you tap The Notary Hobbits to generate enough mana to cover the activation cost of Voltaic Construct, you can endlessly loop the untap and tap cycle to yield infinite mana of any color and infinite untaps.
