How it works

1. Animate Nyx Lotus using Tezzeret, Betrayer of Flesh.
2. Activate Nyx Lotus by tapping it, adding at least 3
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Nyx Lotus.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This clever engine transforms Nyx Lotus from a simple mana rock into a powerhouse by using Tezzeret, Betrayer of Flesh's minus ability to turn it into an artifact creature. Once animated, the discount from Tezzeret's static ability reduces Voltaic Construct's untap cost to just {1}, allowing the construct to untap Nyx Lotus for less mana than the lotus produces (assuming your devotion is at least 3). Tapping and untapping the lotus repeatedly generates infinite mana of your chosen color, which in turn powers an infinite number of artifact creature untaps for Voltaic Construct and any other artifact creatures you control.
