How it works

1. Animate The Eternity Elevator using Tezzeret, Betrayer of Flesh.
2. Activate The Eternity Elevator by tapping it, adding CCC.
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping The Eternity Elevator.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This infinite loop hinges on Tezzeret, Betrayer of Flesh turning The Eternity Elevator into a 4/4 artifact creature, which elegantly bypasses the usual restriction of needing to tap a *different* creature to station it. With that animation in place, you tap The Eternity Elevator for three colorless mana, then use two of that mana to activate Voltaic Construct's ability to untap it. Because Tezzeret's static ability reduces the first artifact activation cost each turn by {2}, your untap costs are discounted, leaving you with an engine that continuously spins to generate infinite colorless mana. Once you have built up a surplus, you can even pivot to utilizing The Eternity Elevator's massive activated ability for infinite colored mana of any type.
