How it works

1. Animate Sceptre of Eternal Glory using Katsumasa.
2. Activate Sceptre of Eternal Glory by tapping it, adding three mana of any color
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Sceptre of Eternal Glory.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop turns Sceptre of Eternal Glory into a self-sustaining mana engine by leaning on Katsumasa, the Animator to temporarily transform it into an artifact creature with flying. Once animated, that heavy-hitting three-mana ability can be repeatedly activated and reset using Voltaic Construct's untap ability, leaving you with plenty of leftover mana to fund the process indefinitely.
