How it works

1. Activate Millkin by tapping it and milling a card, adding C.
2. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 1, untapping Millikin.
3. Repeat.

This charming little loop centers around the synergy between Millikin and Voltaic Construct, creating a self-sustaining engine to mill your entire library. Ordinarily, the Construct's untap ability would cost two mana, but enchanting it (or the Millikin) with Power Artifact reduces that activation cost by {2}, dropping it to a single mana. Because Millikin taps to produce mana of its own, it conveniently pays for the discounted untap cost, allowing you to cycle the process infinitely.
