How it works

1. Animate The Eternity Elevator using The Blackstaff of Waterdeep.
2. Activate The Eternity Elevator by tapping it, adding CCC.
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping The Eternity Elevator.
4. Repeat from step 2.

By animating The Eternity Elevator into a creature using the continuous animation ability of The Blackstaff of Waterdeep, it becomes a valid target for Voltaic Construct. Once transformed, tapping The Eternity Elevator yields three colorless mana, which more than covers the two-mana cost to untap it with Voltaic Construct and leaves a net profit of one mana each cycle. This creates an infinite loop that easily produces both infinite colorless mana and infinite colored mana once The Eternity Elevator's massive charge counter reserves are brought online.
