How it works

1. Cause Rofellos to become an artifact using Neurok Transmuter.
2. Activate Rofellos by tapping it, adding at least .
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Rofellos.
4. Repeat from step 2.

By utilizing Neurok Transmuter's first ability, you rewrite Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary's nature so that it temporarily gains artifact status alongside its legendary elf creature types. This crucial transformation allows the usually creature-bound Rofellos to be targeted by Voltaic Construct's untap ability. Once converted, tapping Rofellos for massive amounts of green mana—scaled by how many Forests you control—provides more than enough resources to repeatedly pay the Construct's activation cost, creating a self-sustaining loop of infinite green mana and infinite untaps.
