How it works

1. Cause Topiary Lecturer to become an artifact using Neurok Transmuter.
2. Activate Topiary Lecturer by tapping it, adding at least
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Topiary Lecturer.
4. Repeat from step 2.

To pull off this engine, Neurok Transmuter first alters the nature of Topiary Lecturer, turning the human into an artifact so it qualifies as a legitimate target for Voltaic Construct. Once transformed into a metal creature, Topiary Lecturer can tap to generate a massive surge of green mana thanks to its power-scaling ability. We then channel a portion of that bounty right back into Voltaic Construct to untap our newly minted artifact creature, letting us repeat the whole loop to generate infinite green mana.
