How it works

1. Activate The Notary Hobbits by tapping it, adding at least CCC
2. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping The Notary Hobbits.
3. Repeat

This clever loop comes together thanks to The Flesh Is Weak, whose static ability cleverly transforms your creatures into artifacts as long as they bear a +1/+1 counter—a condition its own entrance trigger readily fulfills. Once your army is imbued with artifact status, The Notary Hobbits become valid targets for Voltaic Construct's untap ability. By tapping The Notary Hobbits to generate a surge of colorless mana, you then use a portion of those funds to activate Voltaic Construct, resetting the Hobbits so you can repeat the process indefinitely for an unbounded mana supply.
