How it works

1. Animate Arc Reactor using Bello.
2. Activate Arc Reactor by tapping it, adding CCC
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Arc Reactor.
4. Repeat from step 2.

Because Bello elevates your high-value artifacts to creature status on your turn—granting them both haste and their standard artifact types—Arc Reactor can immediately tap to generate a massive influx of colorless mana. From there, Voltaic Construct steps in to reset the reactor for just two mana, leaving you with a surplus of energy each time the cycle repeats.
