How it works

1. Cast Flicker by paying 1, targeting Hag Hedge-Mage.
2. Swarm Intelligence triggers, copying Flicker targeting Quintorius Kand.
3. Resolve the copy of Flicker, blinking Quintorius Kand.
4. Resolve the original Flicker, blinking Hag Hedge-Mage.
5. When Hag Hedge-Mage enters the battlefield, its second ability triggers, putting Flicker on top of your library from your graveyard.
6. Activate Quintorius Kand's second loyalty ability by removing three loyalty counters from it, causing you to exile Flicker from the top of your library and cast it without paying its mana cost, targeting Hag Hedge-Mage.
7. Quintorius Kand and Swarm Intelligence trigger.
8. Resolve the Quintorius Kand trigger, dealing 2 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain 2 life.
9. Resolve the Swarm Intelligence trigger, copying Flicker targeting Quintorius Kand.
10. Repeat from step 3.

This loop is a masterclass in recursive recycling, turning a humble blink spell into a lethal engine with the help of Swarm Intelligence and Quintorius Kand. By using Swarm Intelligence to double-cast Flicker, you simultaneously refresh Quintorius Kand and reset Hag Hedge-Mage, whose forest-fueled enters-the-battlefield ability dutifully fishes Flicker right back out of the graveyard onto your library. From there, Quintorius Kand's discovery ability effortlessly pulls Flicker back into exile to cast it all over again for free, letting the planeswalker's triggered ability rain down infinite damage and lifegain on your opponents.
