How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
2. Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Izzet Chronarch.
4. When Izzet Chronarch and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
5. Resolve the Izzet Chronarch trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Capture of Jingzhou from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
7. Move to your next turn, drawing Capture of Jingzhou during your draw step.
8. Repeat.

This elegant sequencing loop uses Ghostly Flicker to endlessly reset Izzet Chronarch, which continuously plucks the Flicker right back out of your graveyard. Meanwhile, every iteration also blinks Mystic Sanctuary, whose landfall-style ability neatly stacks Capture of Jingzhou from your graveyard back onto the top of your library just in time for your next draw step. Because Capture of Jingzhou grants you an endless succession of extra turns, you can safely repeat this loop to completely lock down the game and close it out at your leisure.
