How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
2. Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Greenwarden of Murasa.
4. When Greenwarden of Murasa and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
5. Resolve the Greenwarden of Murasa trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Capture of Jingzhou from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
7. Move to your next turn, drawing Capture of Jingzhou during your draw step.
8. Repeat.

This loop achieves absolute dominion by taking infinite turns through a brilliantly self-sustaining recursion engine. You begin by casting Capture of Jingzhou to secure your extra turn, while Mystic Sanctuary taps for mana and later triggers to place that very same spell back on top of your library.
