How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
2. Cast Temporal Manipulation by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Possessed Skaab.
4. When Possessed Skaab and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
5. Resolve the Possessed Skaab trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Temporal Manipulation from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
7. Move to your next turn, drawing Temporal Manipulation during your draw step.
8. Repeat.

This brilliant loop locks down the game by granting you infinite turns, entirely fueled by a recursive sequence that keeps recycling its own pieces. You start by casting Temporal Manipulation to buy yourself an extra turn, while Mystic Sanctuary naturally provides the blue mana you need. When you cast Ghostly Flicker to blink both Mystic Sanctuary and Possessed Skaab, the real magic happens: Possessed Skaab retrieves the Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard back to your hand, while Mystic Sanctuary places Temporal Manipulation right back on top of your library so you can draw it on your next turn and repeat the process indefinitely.
