How it works

1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying , blinking the mana-producing permanent and Possessed Skaab.
3. When Possessed Skaab enters, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Semblance Anvil to discount your spells, turning Ghostly Flicker into a self-sustaining engine that repeatedly blinks Possessed Skaab and a mana-producing permanent. Each time Possessed Skaab re-enters the battlefield, its triggered ability plucks the recently cast Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard and into your hand. Because Semblance Anvil makes the Flicker cheap enough to recast with the mana generated from your second blinked permanent, you can repeat this sequence indefinitely to fuel infinite enters-the-battlefield effects, storm count, and magecraft triggers.
