How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Mana Vault by tapping them, adding CCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Mana Vault.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop starts by tapping Mana Vault for three colorless mana and Mystic Sanctuary for blue, which provides more than enough fuel to cast Ghostly Flicker. As Ghostly Flicker exiles and returns both the Mana Vault and Mystic Sanctuary to the battlefield, the land enters untapped and triggers its ability, placing Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library. While The Lunar Whale isn't strictly required to loop the instant, its ability to let you play cards from the top of your library gives you a window to cast Ghostly Flicker again right off the deck. By repeating this cycle, you continuously untap Mana Vault and re-trigger Mystic Sanctuary to generate infinite colorless and blue mana, alongside infinite artifact entries and leaves-the-battlefield triggers.
