How it works

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Panoptic Mirror triggers.
2. Holding priority, activate Sisay's Ring by tapping it, adding CC.
3. Activate Strionic Resonator by paying 2 and tapping it, copying Panoptic Mirror's trigger.
4. Resolve the copy of Panoptic Mirror's trigger, casting a copy of Ghostly Flicker without paying its mana cost.
5. Resolve the copy of Ghostly Flicker, blinking Sisay's Ring and Strionic Resonator.
6. Repeat from step 2.

This ingenious loop centers on Panoptic Mirror, which acts as the engine by continuously casting Ghostly Flicker for free off its upkeep trigger. To keep the cycle going forever, Strionic Resonator steps in to duplicate that crucial upkeep trigger, while Sisay's Ring provides the necessary mana to pay for the Resonator's activation cost. Every time Ghostly Flicker resolves, it blinks both the Ring and the Resonator back onto the battlefield ready to be used anew, generating infinite storm count and magecraft triggers along the way.
