How it works

- Resolve the copy of Panoptic Mirror's trigger, casting a copy of Ghostly Flicker without paying its mana cost.
- Resolve the copy of Ghostly Flicker, blinking Sceptre of Eternal Glory and Strionic Resonator.
- Repeat from step 2.
