How it works

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Panoptic Mirror triggers.
2. Holding priority, activate Ur-Golem's Eye by tapping it, adding CC.
3. Activate Strionic Resonator by paying 2 and tapping it, copying Panoptic Mirror's trigger.
4. Resolve the copy of Panoptic Mirror's trigger, casting a copy of Ghostly Flicker without paying its mana cost.
5. Resolve the copy of Ghostly Flicker, blinking Ur-Golem's Eye and Strionic Resonator.
6. Repeat from step 2.

This elegant loop turns Panoptic Mirror into an infinite engine by leveraging its exiled spell over and over during a single upkeep. While Panoptic Mirror provides the free casting of Ghostly Flicker, the blink spell itself is what keeps the machine running by continuously resetting both Strionic Resonator and Ur-Golem's Eye. Once Ur-Golem's Eye produces the mana required to activate Strionic Resonator, Strionic Resonator can copy the original upkeep trigger to cast another Ghostly Flicker, perpetually fueling the loop and generating infinite storm count and magecraft triggers.
