How it works

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Panoptic Mirror triggers.
2. Holding priority, activate Sisay's Ring by tapping it, adding CC.
3. Activate Lithoform Engine's first ability by paying 2 and tapping it, copying Panoptic Mirror's trigger.
4. Resolve the copy of Panoptic Mirror's trigger, casting a copy of Ghostly Flicker without paying its mana cost.
5. Resolve the copy of Ghostly Flicker, blinking Sisay's Ring and Lithoform Engine.
6. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop turns Panoptic Mirror into an upkeep-based engine of infinite magical copies, fueled by Sisay's Ring to pay for Lithoform Engine's ability. By using Lithoform Engine to double the upkeep trigger of Panoptic Mirror—which has previously imprinted Ghostly Flicker—you generate a copy of the spell to blink both the mana source and the copier. Because Ghostly Flicker returns them untapped, you can repeat the process indefinitely during your upkeep, running up an infinite storm count and endless magecraft triggers.
