How it works

1. Activate an Island by tapping it, adding .
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying , blinking Mnemonic Wall and the Island.
3. Mnemonic Wall enters the battlefield, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Repeat.

By anchoring the loop with Killian, Ink Duelist, his cost-reduction static ability lowers Ghostly Flicker's mana value so that its blue requirement is entirely covered by tapping and untapping a single land. When you cast Ghostly Flicker targeting Mnemonic Wall and that land, the Wall enters the battlefield to retrieve the spell from your graveyard, while the land refreshes its mana. Repeating this process creates an endless cycle of enters-the-battlefield and leaves-the-battlefield triggers, yielding infinite storm count and magecraft opportunities.
