How it works

1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using a Rogue.
2. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
3. Cast Notorious Throng by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
4. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Mnemonic Wall.
5. When Mnemonic Wall and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
6. Resolve the Mnemonic Wall trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
7. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Notorious Throng from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
8. Move to your next turn, drawing Notorious Throng during your draw step.
9. Repeat.

This brilliant loop locks down the game by chaining infinite turns through precise graveyard recursion and blinking. It all begins when you cast Notorious Throng—preferably paid for with its prowl cost—to secure an extra turn and flood the board with Faerie Rogues. To sustain this momentum, Ghostly Flicker targets both Mnemonic Wall and Mystic Sanctuary, resetting their powerful enter-the-battlefield abilities. The Wall dutifully returns Ghostly Flicker to your hand for the next iteration, while the Sanctuary—benefiting from its own passive Island-counting condition—places Notorious Throng right back on top of your library to draw and cast anew.
