How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Grim Monolith by tapping them, adding CCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Grim Monolith.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms Madame Web, Clairvoyant into an incredible engine by letting you cast noncreature spells directly from the top of your library. You begin by tapping Grim Monolith for colorless mana and Mystic Sanctuary for blue mana, fueling the cast of Ghostly Flicker. As Ghostly Flicker resolves, it exiles both lands and artifacts—specifically blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Grim Monolith—so they return to the battlefield fresh. When Mystic Sanctuary re-enters untapped, its triggered ability immediately places Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library, ready for Madame Web, Clairvoyant to let you cast it all over again while generating infinite colorless and blue mana in the process.
