How it works

1. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, targeting Mystic Sanctuary and any other land, blinking them.
2. Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to top of your library.
3. Cast Ghostly Flicker from top of your library by paying 2, targeting Mystic Sanctuary and any other land.
4. Melek triggers, creating a copy of Ghostly Flicker, targeting any two other lands, blinking them.
5. Resolve the Ghostly Flicker, blinking them.
6. Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to top of your library.
7. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and three other lands, adding mana of any color that land can produce.
8. Repeat from step 3.
