How it works

1. Activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least 2.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Izzet Chronarch and Peregrine Drake.
3. When Izzet Chronarch and Peregrine Drake enter the battlefield, their abilities trigger.
4. Resolve the Izzet Chronarch trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker to your hand from your graveyard.
5. Resolve the Peregrine Drake trigger, untapping up to five lands.
6. Repeat.

This classic loop relies on **Peregrine Drake** and **Izzet Chronarch** entering the battlefield together to completely refund and surpass the cost of **Ghostly Flicker**. Every time the Drake untaps your lands, you generate enough mana to recast the Flicker, while the Chronarch safely fishes the spell right back out of your graveyard. Because the Flicker exiles both permanents and returns them simultaneously, you trigger their entry abilities over and over again to build an infinite engine of mana, storm count, and blinking.
