How it works

1. Activate any number of lands you control by tapping them, adding at least 4.
2. Cast Turnabout by paying 2, untapping all lands you control.
3. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Greenwarden of Murasa and Izzet Chronarch.
4. When Greenwarden of Murasa and Izzet Chronarch enter the battlefield, they trigger, returning Turnabout and Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Repeat.

This wonderful loop turns a simple blink spell into a self-sustaining engine by capitalizing on recursive enter-the-battlefield triggers. When you cast Ghostly Flicker targeting both Izzet Chronarch and Greenwarden of Murasa, their combined triggers pull both the flicker spell and the used-up Turnabout right back out of your graveyard and into your hand. Meanwhile, Turnabout serves as the economic engine of the operation, using its untap mode to refresh all your lands so you can easily pay for the next iteration. With every cycle fueled and sustained, you generate infinite mana along with endless storm count, triggers, and blinks.
