How it works

  1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sisay's Ring by tapping them, adding CCU mana.
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2U mana, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sisay's Ring.
  3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
  4. Repeat.
