How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sisay's Ring by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sisay's Ring.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This crafty loop lets you infinitely recur and recast Ghostly Flicker entirely from the top of your library, fueled by the mana from Sisay's Ring and the battlefield-resetting power of Mystic Sanctuary. Because Experimental Frenzy allows you to cast spells directly from the top of your library while bypassing the need to hold them in your hand, it serves as the ultimate engine that ties the whole sequence together. Every time Ghostly Flicker blinks the land and artifact, Mystic Sanctuary's triggered ability places the spell right back on top of your library just in time for Experimental Frenzy to let you cast it all over again.
