How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sisay's Ring by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sisay's Ring.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop is powered by Sisay's Ring to fund the casting of Ghostly Flicker, which simultaneously resets the mana source alongside Mystic Sanctuary. As Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped, its triggered ability takes advantage of the spell you just cast, tucking Ghostly Flicker right back onto the top of your library. From there, The Reality Chip steps in as the linchpin, granting you the ability to play lands and cast spells straight from the top of your library to seamlessly restart the cycle.
