How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sisay's Ring by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sisay's Ring.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop harnesses Sisay's Ring to generate the mana needed to cast Ghostly Flicker, which resets both the mana artifact and Mystic Sanctuary. When Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped, its triggered ability puts Ghostly Flicker right back onto the top of your library. While The Lunar Whale’s ability to let you play cards from the top of your library isn't strictly necessary for the loop itself once Ghostly Flicker is already in your hand, it allows you to cast the spell directly from the top if you need to set things in motion!
