How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sisay's Ring by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sisay's Ring.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Sisay's Ring to generate the mana needed to cast Ghostly Flicker while simultaneously resetting Mystic Sanctuary. Because Madame Web, Clairvoyant allows you to cast noncreature spells directly from the top of your library and peek at your draws, you can seamlessly replay Ghostly Flicker each time it is returned. Every iteration blinks both the mana source and the land, whose triggered ability ensures Ghostly Flicker is always placed right back on top of your library to repeat the cycle indefinitely.
